Three films dedicated to Sarajevo's scene, starting with urban history told through the subcultural lens – focusing on Sarajevo's rock n' roll tradition that gave rise to a new movement (New Primitivs) in the 1980s. Out of this movement, the Omladinski Program generation would emerge and reach maturity not through the inevitable commercial sell-out but as the strongest anti-war movement during the 1990s conflict, following the break up of Yugoslavia. It peaked in 1997 but that year also signalled the end of rock n' roll. The next decade would be dominated by the "culture of voyeurism". An unfertile ground for innovation, this downward trend would reach its peak in 2007 when tiny seeds of reaction were sown – the TV show VIZA being one of those attempts to challenge the status quo.
